Abstract

This study examine influence job analysis, employee selection, training and development, performance assessment, career planning, and compensation on employee loyalty. Methods of sample used in this research is to use purposive random sampling method. criteria respondents in this study are employees with tenure of more than 6 month, with a population of 140  employees and a sample of 103 employeesThis study uses regression analysis that multiple linear regression. The results of this study concluded that analysis, employee selection, training and development, performance assessment, career planning, and compensation effect on employee loyalty.  This study has limitations, including the number of samples, the absence of control variables that can explain in more detail the differences of the characteristics of the respondent, and the translation of foreign-language questionnaires were possible less animates from the original source. So, that in future studies are expected to complement the limitations in this study.
