Pengaruh Kreativitas pada Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract

Employees may be satisfied with their creativity in work that can then influence them not to leave their jobs. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of creativity on turnover intention and role of job satisfaction as a variable that mediates the influence of creativity on turnover intention. This research was conducted on Media Company Employees in Surakarta. The population in this research is employees of Media Company in Surakarta. This study used survey method, measurement of responses of respondents to the questionnaire by using 5 levels Likert scale. The number of samples used are 120 respondents consisting of Desaign Graphics, Coverage, Broadcasting, Reporter, Editorial, EO, Advertisement and Photographer. Sampling technique in this research using Non Probability Sampling technique with purposive sampling method and type of sampling with Judgment Sampling. As for hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis. From the results of data analysis, it is known that creativity is proven to predict intention turnover and job satisfaction proven to mediate the creativity relationship at turnover intention. So the role of job satisfaction as a mediator is not entirely that is as a partial mediator.
