Abstract
This research is included in hypothesis testing research to test: 1) Influence of Tourism Involvement on service performance, 2) Tourism Involvement and Service Performance Which Is Mediated by Work Engagement, 3) Tourism Involvement and Service Performance Which Is Mediated by Job Satisfaction. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Nasmoco Bengawan Motor in Surakarta, Indonesia. Taken with probability sampling method and Stratified Random Sampling Technique. Criteria of respondents are employees who deal directly with consumers. This study took 190 respondents. To test the proposed model, this research uses variance partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling with a sample of 190 employees of PT. Nasmoco Bengawan Motor in Surakarta, Indonesia. The results reveal that tourism involvement directly affects service performance. Furthermore, this study confirms that the relationship between tourism involvement and service performance is partially mediated by work engagement and job satisfaction.
