Abstract
This study aims to test: 1) Relation of career adaptability’s dimension to career satisfaction, 2) Relation of career adaptability’s dimension to turnover intention. The population of this study were employees from multi industry in Surakarta with 186 employees as sample from 23 companies. Sampling method in this research using Purposive sampling method. Tests in this study using the instrument test in the form of validity test with Confirmatory Factor Analysis method and reliability test by Cronbach's Alpha method. The hypothesis test was using Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of this research shows: 1) concern, control, curiosity and confidence dimension positively related to career satisfaction, but only curiosity has insignificant relation, 2) concern, control, curiosity and confidence dimension negatively related to turnover intention, but only curiosity has insignificant relation. This study has some limitations, the study only implemented in one period of time, the proportion of company’s number in each industry can not represent the condition in general, and the method of data retrieval is limited through the questionnaire only.
