Pengaruh CSR pada Employee Engagement, Job Motivation, dan Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research is a scope in hypothesis testing research to test 1) Influence of CSR, 2) Influence of Employee Engagement, 3) Job Motivation, and 4) Job Satisfaction. This research was conducted directly to employees of PT.Industri Kereta Api (Persero) in Madiun, taking the method using Convenience Sampling. Conditions of respondents in this study are employees who work in PT.Industri Kereta Api (Persero). This study took the number of respondents as much as 150 people.This research embraces the method of Hierarchical regression analysis (Hierarchy Regression Analysis). The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) CSR has positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement; 2) CSR has positive and significant influence on Job Motivation; 3) CSR has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.This study has several limitations that include at least similar research that is discussing about internal CSR company especially to employees. And there are limitations of research using Questionnaire is sometimes the respondent's answer does not show the actual situation. So that in future research is suggested to complete the limitations in this research.
