Pengaruh Person-Organization Fit terhadap Niat Berpindah Karyawan dengan Work Engagement sebagai Variabel Pemediasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Person organizational fit on the intention to move employees mediated by Work engagement. This research was conducted on employees of Pku Muhammadiyah Surakarta hospital. This study took a sample of 100 people taken by non probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study use questionnaires while to test the hypotheses that have been formulated this study uses structural equations (SEM) with the AMOS application. The results of this study indicate that person organizational fit has a significant positive influence on work engagement. Then work engagement has a significant negative effect on employee transfer intention. The latter shows that work engagement mediates the relationship between person organizational fit and intention to move. This study has limitations, namely the limited sample of research that was only carried out at Pku Muhammadiyah Surakarta hospital. So that in the next research it is expected to complete the limitations for more varied results to complete the limitations of this study
