Abstract
This study aimed to analyze: 1) the effect of perceived organizational support (POS), leader-member exchange (LMX), and workplace bullying on job satisfaction, 2) the effect of perceived organizational support (POS), leader-member exchange (LMX), workplace bullying, and job satisfaction on affectif commitment, 3) the effect of perceived organizational support (POS), workplace bullying, job satisfaction, and affective commitment on turnover intention, and 4) the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) and leader-member exchange (LMX) on workplace bullying. The population of this research were employees PT Dunia Express Transindo. The sample used in this research were 321 persons. The sample was taken using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis in this research were tested by using SPSS and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results indicate showed that perceived organizational support (POS) and leader-member exchange (LMX) affects positively and significantly the job satisfaction, perceived organizational support (POS) affects positively and not significantly the commitment affective, perceived organizational support (POS) and commitment affective affects negative and significantly the turnover intention, perceived organizational support (POS) affects negative and not significantly the workplace bullying, leader-member exchange (LMX) effect positively and not significantly the affective commitment, leader-member exchange (LMX) affect negative and significantly the workplace bullying, workplace bullying affects negative and significantly the job satisfaction and commitment affective, workplace bullying affects positively and significantly the turnover intention and commitment affective, and job satisfaction affect negative and not significantly the turnover intention.
