Abstract
The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of: (1) job satisfaction on affective commitment, 2) job satisfaction on continuity commitment, 3) job satisfaction on affective commitment is moderated by ethical climate, and 4) job satisfaction on sustainability commitment moderated by ethical climate. This study will test the hypothesis that will explain the relationship of the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment that is moderated by the ethical climate. The research is a cross sectional study. The population in this study were employees of Hotel Sahid Jaya and Hotel Kusuma Sahid Solo which amounted to about 192 people with a total sample of 130 samples. In this study data collection using questionnaires spread. Data analysis in this study using hierarchy regression. The conclusion in this research are: (1) There is positive influence of job satisfaction on affective commitment. This proved to be obtained for job satisfaction of 5.325 and known ttable of 1.66 (t count > t table) so that Ho is rejected and seen significant by 0.000 (p < 0.05). (2) There is a positive effect of job satisfaction on sustainability commitment as evidenced by the acquisition of t count of 6.312 and known ttable of 1.66 (t count > t table) so Ho is rejected and seen significant 0.000 (p < 0,05). (3) Job satisfaction affects affective commitment moderated by ethical climate shown F test result on Job Satisfaction * Climate Ethics with significant 0,000 < 0,05. (4) The influence of job satisfaction on sustainability commitment is moderated by ethical climate indicated by result of F test on Job Satisfaction * Ethical Climate with significant 0.000 < 0.05.
