Abstract
This study aims to analyze the relationship between job autonomy with work engagement and emotional exhaustion on marketing employees, IT, and insurance agents. The sample used in this research is employees of marketing, IT, and insurance agent at several companies in some areas in Solo Raya with the number of respondents as many as 147 employees.The results of this study stated that regression analysis resulted in statistically significant test on interaction between job autonomy with work engagement and emotional exhaustion. This shows that job autonomy has a significant positive effect on work engagement, and job autonomy has a significant negative effect on emotional exhaustion on marketing employees, IT, and insurance agents.
