Abstract
This study purpose to test the hypothesis of the influence of motivating language on the performance and job satisfaction of employees at the hospital on the Kasih Ibu Hospital Surakarta. This research takes employee samples in some parts of the Kasih Ibu Hospital with the number of sampling of 200 people taken with the method of non-probability sampling and purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires while to test the hypothesis that has been formulated this study using structural equations (SEM) with AMOS application.The results of this study indicate that the motivating language has a significant influence on the performance of employees. Then also showed that motivating language also significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The last is to show that the three dimensions of motivating language (direction giving, empathetic, and meaning-making language) can significantly describe what a motivating language is.This study has limitations, namely the limited sample of research conducted only in hospitals in Surakarta. So, in the next research is expected to complete the limitations for more varied results to complement the limitations of this study.
