Abstract
The purpose of the research is to know whether ethical and empowering leadership has an impact on affective commitment with exchange leaders as intervening variables in Amrani Hotels, Red Chiis Hotels, and Mandala Hotels. The analysis technique used in this study is causal quantitative analysis and analysis of structural equation modeling with the partial least square research tool. The results show that ethics leadership has a significant kinship to LMX. Powering leadership has a significant kinship with LMX. The better or worse ethics leadership used by hotel leaders will have an impact on employees affective commitment to exchange leader membership (LMX). The better or worse empowering leadership used by hotel leaders will have an impact on employees' affective commitment towards the exchange leader (LMX) kinship.
