Abstract

This study discusses the effect of job insecurity on job performance and affective commitment mediated by OBSE and moderated by proactive personality. Data were collected through a questionnaire that distributed to all permanent employees on the one of telecommunications company in Yogyakarta which amounted 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity negatively affects job performance and affective commitment mediated by OBSE and moderated by proactive personality. In this study, there was no significant difference between high proactive personality and low proactive personality.
